1:1 Breathwork Therapy

Service Description

We will start with a short introduction and a discussion about your needs for the session. This will be followed by an analysis of Breath Intelligence and a calming breath awareness practice. We will then engage in the technique of Conscious Connected Breathing to address the root cause of your need. The journey will be guided by carefully curated music and the intelligence of your own circular, connected breath. This combination allows you to move into a heart space while accessing expanded states of consciousness, clarity and a deeper sense of connection with yourself. The process brings about profound physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits as you deliver life force energy (Chi, Prana) to every cell in your body while releasing stuck energy, stress and trauma. After the session you will have time to gently come back to your normal state of being. We will then discuss any insights you've experienced during the session, and how to integrate this information. The Breath is intelligent and it only delivers what you are ready to feel and let go off on the day, giving you exactly what you need in every session. Another benefit of a 1:1 session is the focus on personal needs. We will look at specific Breath Regulation and Awareness techniques to implement in your daily life. Soon enough you will start to experience subtle changes in the way you breathe and in your life! ~You also have the option of adding Cacao to your session~ Cacao is a wonderful combination with Conscious Breathwork. It provides us with more energy throughout the session, supports heart opening and enables a deepening of the breath journey. By bringing the breath and heart together we experience healing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Please notify me if you would like to have Cacao with your session. One-on-one / 2hrs or more, ending organically: 1 Session = R1300 (including Cacao if you prefer) TRAVELLING TO CLIENT (if not possible to come to my studio) I am based in Hout Bay and all travel costs are calculated from this point: ~R100 within 20km's of Hout Bay ~R200 within 20-40km's of Hout Bay ~R350 within 40-80km's of Hout Bay Please get in touch if you need any further information regarding this gift to yourself.
