Yin Yoga is the practice of slow, long-held, seated or supine asanas that target the connective tissue (ligaments, tendons and fascia) in order to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Our Yin classes are open to all and we leave time within each class to experience inner stillness, balance and self-reflection. At Bodhi Breathwork & Yoga we teach Yin classes which will include breathing techniques to relax or energize. All levels are welcome to experience this quiet, powerful practice.
Yin Flow / Yinyasa
A powerful pairing of two different disciplines of asana (yoga postures); Yin flow has fused the Yin style of long-held passive poses with the dynamic, yang style of Vinyasa (flow). Overall creating a beautiful sequence which is perfect for students which are new to yoga or looking for a gentle class. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Each student gets individual attention and adjustments where necessary.
