About the Event
Join us for our first 'EMBODHID' experience on the 15th October 2022 at BODHI studio in Hout Bay, Cape Town!
Here's what will happen:
10:00 - 12:30 Welcome, Arm Balance Workshop with Jana
After warming up, moving & preparing our bodies we will explore variations of hand balances such as crow, side crow & Koundinyasana. We will break down poses, play with transitions, work with some drills and progressions to create muscle memory & confidence that allows you to apply growing skills in your physical practice - all levels are welcome.
We will create a space where you can explore hand balances at your own pace and/or deepen your practice. You are invited to share your experiences getting floaty & light in your asana practice.
12:30 - 14:00 Home made Lunch
Get spoiled with a home cooked field-to-table venison dish made by Gerick. Delicious, light, fresh and loaded with nutritious ingredients. Vegan option available.*
14:00 - 16:30 Conscious Connected Breathwork with Jean
Experience a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session in a safely held space.⠀
The process allows one to:
• become aware of self limiting habits
• release suppressed energy, emotions, stress & trauma
• shift thoughts and feelings around the unknown
• examine limiting beliefs, conditioning and emotional addictions
• explore the vastness of the Authentic Self
• experience states of pure, unconditional love, acceptance & bliss
