On this special day, join Jean & Kayleigh as we journey to a place of “INNER KNOWING” through Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation & Sound.
We will create a safe and soothing container for you to bring your awareness inwards, as we fully connect with Life Force…feeling deeper into ourselves, feeling the resonance, what’s in me is in you.
Through a combination of healing modalities we connect with our roots, we connect with our DNA, our ancestors, a pathway into our cells that connects us all to each other.
For in you, there is an ancient bird that longs to sing, a lion wanting to roar with courage… You have it all within you, let’s remember together and embrace our Oneness!
