Find your centre and amplify your inner light at Summer Resonance, a rejuvenating day retreat designed to harmonise body, mind and spirit.
We begin with a gentle yet invigorating Yoga flow, syncing movement with breath.
We'll then gather for intention setting and share heart-opening cacao before journeying inward with the powerful practice of
Conscious Connected Breathwork.
After a nourishing, vegetarian feast, allow the healing frequencies of sound to resonate through you,
releasing tension and inviting deep relaxation.
