Service Description

Yin yoga is a practice of long-held, deeply relaxing “stretching” poses that open and energize the “meridians,” or energy pathways of the body, restoring youthful joint mobility as you quietly activate and gather your chi, your prana—your life force. One-on-one gentle Yin Yoga class, followed by Conscious Breathwork. We engage in Conscious Connected Breathing, a method of breath control that gives rise to expanded states of consciousness as we activate the body’s inner healing intelligence.
