Day 1: Conscious Breathwork Journey with Jean

Conscious Breathwork

I will guide you through a Conscious Breathwork session which will allow you to move into the heart space while accessing expanded states of consciousness. During the session you will have the opportunity to access your own internal healing energy and greater knowing, allowing for a powerful shift which will be hugely significant in Re-Membering You!

Mandala Drawing

Mandala is a Sanskrit word, literally meaning “circle’ or “completion”.

There are no specific guidelines for the drawing. Some prefer formless colour combinations capturing the general atmosphere or emotional tone of their experience. We do not need to interpret the mandalas in a detailed manner, we only use them as a source of information about the Conscious Breathwork experience. This will assist in grounding your whole experience with me and further unlock your magic you hold within!

Day 2: Shamanic Power Retrieval Journey

Some words from Claire:

“Do you long for a deep sense of connection with your higher self and your guides, searching for more inspiration, power and purpose?”

I will share ancient shamanic teachings and practises on how to “call back” your power.

You will get to go on a shamanic journey and meet with your personal power animal who will show you where you may be losing your power.

Power loss can result in various symptoms like a lack of motivation or purpose, fatigue, a feeling of disconnection or a general feeling of apathy.

There will also be a power merging ceremony guided by live drumming and song around the sacred fire after sunset as you honour your journey of ‘Re-Membering You.’

Day 3: Soul Purpose Activation with the Egypt Codes

I will activate your system into Re-Membering that you are indeed a Golden Being – you’ve just forgotten! You hold a powerful message and frequency to share with humanity! What is that? Are you ready to find out?

I will share Egyptian wisdom teachings that will greatly assist you on your mission in this life. You will also receive powerful activations and tools from the Egyptian Neteru (Gods and Goddesses of Egypt), specifically the Lion Goddess Sekhmet, activating your signature frequency so that you can step into your highest expression, with power & purpose!

We will then move into a sacred Cacao and Blue Lotus Ceremony where you will receive channelled shamanic drum meditations/activations.

To culminate the journey a Sacred Fire Ceremony with the Lady of the Flame, Goddess Sekhmet, will seal in all that you have received throughout this retreat – “The Journey Within”.
